If you have the luxury of having a laptop at your track meet and want to compute scores for two teams, this will do that for you and hopefully eliminate scoring mistakes.
You can Right-Click on:
http://berkshiresports.org/files/File/track/TrackMeet.xls
and choose Save Target As to save this file. When opening it, choose "enable macros".
