Important volunteer request - these races happen only with the generous donation of time and energy from volunteers.  This year we need a new Trail Boss and also an additional registration / timing person.  Please contact Dave or Russ.

Many thanks to Brad Herder who undertook the responsibility of Trail Boss in 2009 and laid out and marked a couple of awesome courses.  However, due to an already overwhelming load of mtn bike advocacy and volunteerism, Brad is not able to do this job this year.  We NEED a NEW TRAIL BOSS Volunteer.  The main responsibility is to get to the races early enough each week to pre-ride the course to assure markers are in place and make any corrections or adjustments as neccessary.

We Need Help!!   Always have, always will.

Part of the ongoing success of this race series is going to be the participants playing an active role in the running of the races.

So, if you racers have a friend or spouse who would like to be involved in some way other than getting sweaty, dirty and smelly from pedalling, maybe they would be interested in the inner mystique of race operations.  We are always in need of people to help run the kids race, course marshall (hold back the enthusiastic crowds), etc.   If you can help us please e-mail Dave at dewalla0724@yahoo.com
